- Transfer 80% of selling price will be paid on the transferral day which
is 60 days after the contract signing date
- Transferrable Fee sharing 50% between purchaser and seller
- Common Facilities Fee approximately 35 THB / sq.m. / month paid in
advance for 12 months on the transferral day
- Sinking Fund 500 THB / sq.m. paid only one time on the transferral
day
- Other expenses Deposit and Utilities Service Fee will be paid by
purchaser
